HOW TO APPLY A TOURNIQUET

Stop the bleed Step 1

Pull the strap through
the buckle and pull tightly removing all slack

Stop the Bleed Step 3

Twist the windlass rod
tightly

Secure the Tourniquet

Secure the windlass rod in the plastic buckle and cover with the velcro strap
