The Golden Crescent Regional Advisory Council (GCRAC) proudly supports the national STOP THE BLEED® campaign.
GCRAC is designated by the Texas Department of State Health Services (DSHS) to develop, implement, and maintain the regional trauma and emergency healthcare system for the six counties in Trauma Service Area – S (TSA-S). TSA-S encompasses over 5,500 square miles in south Texas. GCRAC is one of 22 regional advisory councils in Texas that comprise the Texas Trauma / Emergency Healthcare system.
